Cancellation insurance  & holiday protection
But, what if anything might happen before you set off, or during your holiday? Prepare for any such event
by taking out a hotel cancellation insurance for a premium of only 5% of the booking. 
Included is not only cancellation and early return because auf medical reasons,
but also involuntary delays arrival and
departure as well as helicopter search in case of distress in the mountains.
You will get further details from the cancellation  insurance in our booking confirmation.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 months prior to your arrival.
From 3 months up to 1 month prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking. From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of the booking. If you cancel during the last week before arrival, we will invoice you for 90% of the cost of your booking.
Regarding late arrival and/or premature departure we will invoice you for 100% of the cost of the booking.

Arrival: The apartments are available from 3:00 p.m.
Please inform us if you arrive after 7:00 p.m.!

Departure:
We kindly ask you to leave the apartments until 09:00 a.m.
