Winter is just around the corner – and the ski season in Tux has already begun!
At the Hintertux Glacier, perfectly groomed slopes and breathtaking mountain scenery are already waiting for you. At altitudes of up to 3.250 metres, you can enjoy your first turns in the snow right now.
The new 10-person gondola takes you from Sommerbergalm to Tuxer Fernerhaus. It replaces the more than 40-year-old 4-person gondola, making your journey to the Hintertux Glacier even more comfortable.
Autumn Skiing & Glacier Experience

Look forward to around 200 kilometres of slopes, varied ski runs and spectacular mountain panoramas – from the Hintertux Glacier all the way to Mayrhofen.
