Cancellation fee:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 6 weeks before your intended arrival day.  Then the following cancellation terms apply:

• 6 weeks before your arrival 40%
• 3 weeks before your arrival 70%
• 1 week before your arrival 90% of the total price
• If you arrive late or depart earlier the total price will be charged.

In case of a lockdown or border closure you can cancel free of charge, also on short notice.

Cancellations must be made in writing. These cancellation terms replace the right to withdraw according to the consumer law guidelines of the European Union.
