Cancellation policy:
Standard:
- free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
- 6 weeks before arrival: 40% of the total booked accommodation
- 3 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total booked accommodation
- 1 week before arrival: 90% of the total booked accommodation
- Late arrival or early departure will incur the full price
Flex: (relaxed cancellation policy)
- free of charge up to 21 days before arrival
- thereafter: 40% of the total booked accommodation
Cancellation must be made in writing; these cancellation terms replace the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
