Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted.
Can I bring my own Nespresso capsules or buy them in the shop?
You can purchase the appropriate Nespresso capsules for the machine from us for £0.90 each. Capsules brought from elsewhere are not compatible.
Is a cot and high chair available?
Please indicate when making your reservation that you require a cot and high chair.
Is there a washing machine in the building?
Yes, a wash costs EUR 4.-
Is entry to the Playarena included for the entire stay?
Yes, children will receive a fabric wristband for free entry to the Playarena on the day of arrival.
Is childcare in the Playarena free of charge?
Yes, children aged 3 and over are looked after all day free of charge. Exact opening times for childcare can be found at www.playarena.at
How far is it from the apartment to the Playarena?
It is 500m to the Playarena, and children can be brought back to the apartment by the child taxi in the evening if requested.
Is there a sauna in the building?
You can use the sauna facilities at Hotel Alpenjuwel for a fee (towels included).
Is there an indoor swimming pool nearby?
The nearest pool is Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen, which has a slide, sauna and outdoor pool in summer. It is approximately a 15-minute drive by car. Alternatively, there is Erlebnistherme in Fügen, which has a slide, wave pool, outdoor area, sauna and outdoor pool in summer. This is a 45-minute drive by car.
How does the bread roll service work?
Order in the evening – the next morning, we will deliver the bread rolls to your apartment door (except Sundays and public holidays).
